We want to build a community and a movement towards better mental wellness that leads to better physical wellness. It will be an intimate lunchtime Conscious Strong™ class that will have you feeling focused, engaged and reflective by the time you leave. If you have wondered what Conscious Strong™ is, this is the perfect class to come to. In this small group class (max 8), we will move through the mindful movement practice that will set you up to see the weekend with a clear mind and connected body. Come join the Conscious Strong™ movement and community . ***For all bodies and all fitness levels***

Conscious Strong™ Walk for Hope Monthly Training - Building a Team!

Conscious Strong is a wellness community devoted to the teaching and practice of incorporating mindfulness into your movements. Because we spend so much time emphasizing the importance of the mind, we understand how critical mental health is to a person's wellbeing. Conscious Strong is proud to support the Foundation of Hope, a Raleigh-based nonprofit that provides awareness and research funding specifically in areas of mental health. Their annual fundraiser, the Walk for Hope, takes place in October of each year and Conscious Strong is creating a walking team aid the campaign. Please note that you are not required to participate in the Walk for Hope event in order to join us for the Meetups! We will welcome anyone who wants to walk with us. :) Each walk will be between 1-3 miles. There is no fee for joining the walks!

Conscious and Curvy™ classes invite all plus size body shapes and sizes to join in on a new way to strengthen from the inside out. What is Conscious and Curvy™? It is a class that takes your consciousness to your core. It takes you to the foundation that lies within all of us. Conscious Strong™ is all about getting your mind to awaken a deeper connection to yourself. What will you get in return? A stronger mind. A stronger body. A focused mind. A defined body that you own. Conscious Strong™ is not a Yoga class. Conscious Strong™ is not a stretch class. Conscious Strong™ is not a fad. Conscious Strong™ is a class that builds your core foundation in your mind that transforms your body. Without your mind in your movement, you WILL NOT move your body well. Without mindfulness in your movement, you will ALWAYS find yourself living with a negative body image.
