This group will engage in discussions, learning, and planned activities/experiences that are meant to inspire mindfulness, encourage presence, broaden awareness, promote inner peace, nurture a positive mindset, and empower ourselves and each other to create the lives we want. This group is for people who would like to positively impact their own lives as well as the lives of others.
