Meditation for Everyone

There are many meditation techniques, almost as many as there are meditators. People have different ways of processing information and learning. If you are a visual person, meditating on an object may work best, if you are auditory, guided music or chanting may be the best method of meditation and if you rely on ‘feeling’ different breathing techniques may work best. Regardless of the practice we all want to achieve the same result—focus, peace, self-realization and mindfulness.

At Conscious Butterfly we not only respect all meditation techniques, we would like to learn and share with one another. Join us in a meditation in which members can share their techniques, learn from one another and increase a stronger connection.
