Holotropic Breathwork Weekend Workshop
Transcend Association invites you to a two-day and a half workshop to experience together the Holotropic Breathwork, a technique that addresses the human being as a fully capable self-healing system. Holotropic Breathwork as a self-exploration technique was developed by Dr. Stanislav Grof and Christine Grof. It combines simple ways to induce expanded states of consciousness: fast breathing, evocative music, physical activities, meditation. One can reach the psycho-spiritual roots of the emotional and psychosomatic traumas. Why do Holotropic breathwork? - You are searching for a more experiential approach to healing, beyond classical therapies, - You are experiencing a life crisis and seeking deep insight and knowledge, - You want to release unresolved issues from your past, to understand the emotional and spiritual roots of physical conditions, - You want to expand your Consciousness and are ready to walk on a path of great personal growth. The workshop includes 4 sessions of breathwork, evocative music, energy release work and artwork in a safe group with experienced facilitators. Each participant will undergo 4 breathwork sessions - 2 as a breather and 2 as a sitter who provides one-to-one attention and assistance to the breather. Each day ends up with group sharing. We start on Friday at 18h00 and end on Sunday at 19h30. What we're about

Consciousness Hacking (http://www.consciousnesshacking.org)is a global community exploring technology as a catalyst for psychological, emotional and spiritual flourishing. It’s an inside-out perspective on how technology can serve us by changing our relationship to the world, rather than the world itself. Meetings will feature insightful talks, community building, and support for new ideas and concepts. Have an idea for a cool EEG or meditation app? How about a new approach to therapy that uses sound and light? Maybe you're interested in creating software to improve personal development. This is the place to explore and present your ideas with a supportive group with a focus of helping bring them to reality. The ultimate purpose of the group is to support the community of people exploring, building and disseminating new tools for the evolution of individual and collective consciousness. You do not need a technology background, and you are absolutely welcome to join if you have no interest in ever developing your own tools, but there will definitely be a major focus on modern, technologies as the hacking medium. We do not advocate any particular spiritual or religious beliefs or practices, though our community and organizers tend to dabble in a variety of meditative and spiritual traditions.
