16.00 - 17.00: Arrive - Mindful arrival

Allow yourself to take the time to arrive into the space and bring your mindful presence, greet participants and speakers before we open the sessions.
If you bring some snacks/drinks, small kitchen is available with most cooking utensils.

17.00 - 17.45: Natalia Meroño - Transformational Movement

Body-energy, emotional, spiritual and artistic work.
All human beings in fullness have seven essential capacities related with the seven chakras: Trust, enjoyment of life, personal power, affectivity, creative intelligence, intuition and the sense of transcendence.
This work activates those memories so that we reconnect and unfold all that wisdom and all these natural potentialities that we have, that in many cases we have forgotten because of education and different influences been equally stimulated or repressed. We can activate our memories and wisdom connecting with the internal and external nature, inside and outside of us, and expressing ourselves in the form of a ritual performance.

18.00 - 18.45: Jan Henrik - SpaceMusic

Jan makes music since childhood, but then studied architecture. While still studying at the ETH Zurich he started to become fascinated by the relation of architecture and music, a subject that already the old Greeks had been intrigued with, as many other architects and musicians. While learning to work in both disciplines with the help of software, he developed a way of how to transform this interdisciplinary concept to an actually functioning instrument, a third software, that allows for the realtime translation and interpretation of musical content into physical results, first in virtual but then also in analog, physical space.

In his talk he will give a short overview of already realized works with this concept in sculptural and architecural form, but also offer some insight about his work in progress regarding a soon to be completed standalone software called SpaceMusic, that offers a new dimension of working in this realm, a new synestethic instrument if you will.

19.00 - 19.45: Suvarchala Narayanan - Our Erotic Selves

Suvarchala is a creator & facilitator of experiences around self-transformation, authentic relationships & eroticism. She combines her work with NLP, Mythologies, Indian & Taoist sexual concepts , and her own system of archetypes to enable paradigm shifts and transformation. An Indian living between Goa & Zurich, she teaches & creates experiences around the world, emphasising change through pleasure.

In this interactive session, Suvarchala will introduce the importance of erotic energy, creation through pleasure and lead participants in a fun exploration of this concept.

20.00 - 21.30: Sharing LOVE - Potluck dinner & The Future of Community

Take some time at home to prepare the food & drink you enjoy most sharing and bring it to The Sacred Loft.
Small kitchen is available with most cooking utensils.
We will take this time and space to integrate the experiences of the day and collectively share insights to continue creating meaningful conscious community.
