Meetup to Learn About 2018 Ballot Measures and Meet Lang Sias
This is a meeting you will not want to miss. First, State Representative Susan Beckman will guide us through the 2018 Statewide Ballot Measures (13 in total). She’ll inform us of the pros and cons of each issue. If you want to bring your ballot to the meeting, you can mark it as you desire at the meeting and then it will be ready to be mailed once you have voted on the remaining local issues and candidates. Also, Republican Candidate for Lt. Governor, Lang Sias, will be our guest speaker. He was selected by Walker Stapleton to serve as his running mate. Lang represented District 27 in the State House and was running for re-election before being selected to join Walker. We look forward to hearing Lang’s take on the Colorado’s governor’s race and the campaign strategy in place to win the governor’s race this November. Please note: There is a $12 Cover Charge which includes a taco bar buffet, soft drink, dessert and cost of the meeting room. Alcoholic drinks can be purchased at a separate cash bar. Everyone is welcome! If you RSVP and then do not attend, you will be required to cover the cost of your meal as the restaurant has incurred the expense and requires payment for no-shows! RSVP’S ARE REQUIRED BY MONDAY, Oct. 22nd! NOTE---CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED AFTER NOON ON TUESDAY, THE 23rd WILL STILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE $12 CHARGE. RSVP to [masked]
