Microservices in practice
Details
Welcome to a Continuous Delivery Stockholm meetup with emphasis on microservices!
The event will consist of a set of lightning talks focused on continuous delivery with microservices and fishbowl conversations. For those of you who are unfamiliar with the fishbowl concept there is a good explanation here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fishbowl_(conversation (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fishbowl_(conversation)))
Microservices with One Click
Do you work with microservices and would like to take for granted all the operational setup cost associated to it (continuous delivery, host provisioning, monitoring, etc), so that you can stay totally focused on the business development, the thing that makes your team unique? If so, you wouldn't want to miss André Schaffer and Andreas Beccau presenting how you can get microservices with one click. Speakers:
André works as a Software Engineer at Klarna, has been crafting software for almost 10 years and has a love story with Microservices and DDD.
Andreas works as a Software Engineer at Klarna, has been working with operations of small & large systems, and spending lots of time building and deploying microservices.
Microservices using Spring Boot
Want to learn a nice way to create new microservices while using one of the best java frameworks? In this talk I am going to show spring-boot and how it can save you hours for creating any kind of microservice you like.
Speaker: Caesar Ralf is a level 13 software developer wizard in eternal quest for the sacred silver bullet. Has been slaying Bad Codes for more than 7 years now, mapping uncharted requirements, and creating service towers using +5 frameworks to help on his quest. He is on twitter at @bearded_nerd (http://twitter.com/bearded_nerd).
