No Big Deal Deploys to Kubernetes

Details
Kubernetes is awesome at running containers at scale, but getting those containers there in the first place has a lot left to be desired. In this talk we’ll look at some options for shipping to Kubernetes and go into detail about how FireHydrant uses GitOps to reliably deploy to multiple environments. As an attendee you can expect to learn how to setup deploys from a Github repository to a Kubernetes cluster.

He likes bleeding edge tech and making software that helps teams build better better systems. From deploying Spinnaker, Istio, and Kubernetes, he has cursed at a lack of docs and code spelunked through the code and loves telling the war stories about them.
