An exploration of meditation, non-duality, Advaita Vedanta, self-enquiry, Buddhism, Eastern philosophy and spiritual awakening.
Cornelius has studied Eastern philosophy for over 20 years. He suffered with severe depression and anxiety from an early age which culminated in a nervous breakdown at the age of 23. Throughout this time he was continuously looking for a way to overcome his suffering and travelled back and forth to India to try and find teachers and teachings that could help.
In 2007, Cornelius encountered the teachings of Ramana Maharshi, non-duality and the buddhist teachings of no-self. These teachings triggered an immediate awakening which bought peace of mind and an end to the depression and anxiety he had struggled with for years.
Cornelius now hold classes, weekend intensives and retreats to help others explore these life-changing teachings.
