COOL Cuisine

COOL Cuisine is a coalition of organizations and individuals seeking more plant-based and vegan dining options. We are focused in Davis and Sacramento, CA--hoping to grow! We eat this way for many reasons: to sustain the planet, to sustain our health, and out of compassion for all living things. We create opportunities to thank restaurants that are friendly to plant-based diners and encourage those we think we can bring on board to be more welcoming by offering increased options, marked menus, and train their staff to understand our preferences.
