How to use design thinking and service design tools in organisation design

This is the first meeting where we will discuss the use of design thinking during the design phase and get to know each other.

Key questions will be:

1. How to use design principles.

2. Who to involve in prototyping and testing of the experience. Sharing of specific tools or tips you may have in this regard.

In the meeting we will also decide if we should do ad-hoc meetings or have a regular time and place.

The venue will be a place where those that desire can stay and have a meal together.
