Candlelight Meditation: Would you like to try meditation, or have you ever felt lonely in your meditation practice? Candlelight Meditation offers a monthly community of meditation practice, discussion, and sharing, followed by tea. You are warmly welcomed to this mediation group whether or not you have a religious tradition. Come shine your light.
Breath by Breath Meditation: Join us on the third Monday of each month, September through June for Breath by Breath Meditation. This monthly meditation group, a collaborative program between Copper Beech Institute and the Spiritual Life Center (http://www.copperbeechinstitute.org/spiritual-life-center), is facilitated by Brandon Nappi and Ellen Graham. We invite everyone, no matter where you are on your journey, from newcomer to seasoned practitioner, if you have a faith tradition, or if you don't have one. We look forward to meeting you.
