Please join us for our weekly Sunday mindfulness meditation group and explore the many positive benefits of this peaceful and grounding practice. There will be basic instruction, a dharma talk on a topic related to mindfulness and guided meditation. During this group we learn to: * Alleviate stress and suffering by developing your capacity to stay in the present. * Open to the breath, body and emotions through guided meditations. * Cultivate the healing and connecting power of opening your heart to life, love and experience through Compassion and Loving Kindness.
