What we’re about

Purpose of this group

To demonstrate a set of innovative healing techniques that are simple enough for almost anyone to learn and powerful enough to change your life. Learning these tools will help you eliminate anxious feelings from your life. Attending on a regular basis will help you develop the skills to incorporate this into your daily practice.

This meetup is a series of meetings designed to set you on a healing path whether it's just to get unstuck in life, increase your performance, attract abundance or you're interested in whether this can help you with your particular disease. It's worth a try! Everyone is welcome and at some point you will need a yoga matt to learn how to do the TherapeuticTM Shaking.

What is Core Healing Therapy?:

A blend of Regression Hypnotherapy, Advanced-Emotional Freedom Technique and Therapeutic Shaking. Blended together, these tools help you release any nervous energy and anxious feelings you may have caught in your body from any hard or soft traumatic events of your past. Once you’re clear and peaceful, you can make sense of your past in a way that allows you to set yourself free and course correct your life.

What’s the difference between the kind of hypnotherapy you do and what others do?

Most Hypnotists or EFT practitioners do not understand or acknowledge the need to work with feelings to do the deeper work. They’re focused on helping you eliminate the symptom without addressing the root cause. If you don’t address the cause, it’s like painting over a dirty surface; the body will find another way to deal with the real problem.

What’s the difference between generation 1 and 2 and 3?

Generation 1: Guided imagery, direct suggestions are read to them when they are in a relaxed state.

Generation 2: Takes the client back to the memory that has everything to do with the feeling and guides you through the memory until you gain your insight.

Generation 3: May use all of the above except the focus has shifted to releasing feelings through a variety of methods like: rubbing and tapping and Therapeutic ShakingTM. Essentially, it’s been shown that feelings occlude the details of the memory. Release the feelings and the details of the memory become clearer.

What’s the difference between the Advanced EFT you use and classic EFT?
Classic EFT:
• Distracts the client from their feelings
• Has you maintain eye contact,
• Direct suggestions given while tapping is a pattern interrupt technique; the cause may not be addressed.
• The suggestion to love and accept yourself is common but potentially harmful because we all have our own personal books of truth and in our book of truth, unbeknownst to us, may be a definition of love that is actually destructive.

Advanced-EFT:
• Go inside, feel the feeling,
• Eyes closed, only job is to feel and release the feelings
• Focus on releasing feelings and finding new truth
• Don’t use love, as everyone’s definition is personal.
• “Fill the cup” using the Perfect Affirmation system

What's this Therapeutic Shaking?

Therapeutic Shaking is a set of yoga style exercises that strain and stretch your muscles to send a tremor to your reptilian core. These exercises allow you to finally find the “Off Switch” to tell the brain, “It’s OK, the danger’s passed, you can release all the nervous energy now.” When the brain receives the tremor signal involuntary shaking (sometimes the whole body) will occur. We’re all different because we have all experienced life differently. What this means is it's OK to shake... it's perfectly natural to shake. Our body is a history book and everyone’s shaking is different and appropriate. When the shaking stops, the nervous energy is gone.

Every animal in the animal kingdom does it… When the antelope gets up in the morning and is scared to find a lion chasing him and happens to outrun him that day, the first thing it does is go behind a thicket and shake until all the nervous energy from that traumatic event is gone. Then it goes down to the watering hole and takes a drink. While it’s drinking, it doesn’t think… “Man that was a close call…” or “I hope that lion’s not anywhere around here”. We do that. We think about the past and the future all the time. They don’t have PTSD… we do! Because we have this part of our brain, the neocortex, that’s all about thinking. We also have a mammalian or our limbic region, which holds our emotions, and a reptilian region of our brain, that reacts when we’re in danger.

Even if you've tried other practitioners, you owe it to yourself to explore this powerful set of tools. Imagine experiencing life from a calm, relaxed powerful place. It's worth the investment of time.
