Description The Rum Punch Brunch presents Scramble Brunch Fest - Soca De Mayo Block Party! Celebrating both Cinco de Mayo and the Atlanta Carnival season. In the spirit of inclusiveness and diversity, the event is free for everyone. The Food and Beverage Scramble will feature brunch/street food items from the Caribbean, while paying special homage to our neighbors Mexico in honor of Cinco de Mayo— items include Breakfast Burritos, Ackee & Saltfish Tacos, Mexican Street Corn, Fish & Chips, Jerk Wings and Doubles, Jamaican Fried Chicken, and more. We will be serving our signature blend of Rum Punch, Wray & Nephew cocktails, Red Stripe Bar, and several other drinks in our full service bars. The Location Scramble will be nested in the streets of the Historic Old Fourth Ward at the Sound Table, home of the Rum Punch Brunch. The event is staged on the Edgewood Avenue strip between Boulevard and Daniel Street. The Culture The event will be hosted by Dreggae. We have the very best Caribbean DJs in Atlanta representing their homelands: Spoogy The Boss (Trinidad), Shane Talon (Trinidad), Max & Smurf (Trinidad), 1nsan3 (Guyana), Unique Soundz (Guyana), DJ Kutz (Guyana), and Prince Charm (Jamaica). - Taste of Marietta
Taste of Marietta, one of the largest and tastiest events in Georgia, returns to the Historic Marietta Square on Sunday, April 28 from 11am-7pm. With an impressive variety of restaurants – some new to the event, along with past favorites – this year’s festival is sure to be better than ever. Nearly doubling in size over the past 10 years, Taste of Marietta has consistently been named a top festival in Cobb County. Now in its special 25th year, Taste of Marietta brings together over 80 Cobb County restaurants showcasing their best dishes and festival-goers will not be disappointed in the variety of offerings. Admission to the event is free and “tastes” – ranging from Italian to seafood, steak to BBQ, and all the sweets imaginable – are available for $1 to $5. The food truck lineup, always a crowd favorite, returns with over 10 different trucks. In addition to the delectable bites from restaurants and caterers, the family festival will feature the Kids Alley complete with moonwalks and sand art. Musical entertainment can be heard throughout the festival from the Cobb Life Stage and the Main Bandstand. This flavorful event is hosted by the Marietta Visitors Bureau in conjunction with the City of Marietta.

- Meet and Greet Brunch at HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern - Midtown
Hello everyone I am super excited to meet you all and start building friendships. Our first meet up is a meet and greet at HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern in Midtown. The food and atmosphere at this restaurant is great. I figured this can be a good way to get to know one another and be as authentic as possible.
