Welcome to Boot Camp y'all!
We will meet at Crave to enjoy an optional pre-workout energy boost, then promptly at 7:05 we will head down to our Boot Camp location (sometimes the parking garage, sometimes the stairs, and sometimes by the river). We will do a high intensity interval training workout designed for all fitness levels. Just get ready to sweat!
Then we will cool down at Crave for an optional post workout recovery drink!
