The four different phases of a team: Forming, Storming, Norming and Performing

Most of the teams go through these four phases, but what can we do to help them to move to the next phase as fast as possible?

This will be the topic of the next meeting. Lets get together and discuss in groups what kind of activities can we do as leaders to help our teams to reach the Performing phase as quickly as possible.
