If you have read about the wonderful benefits of meditation (there are many! It's great for your prefrontal cortex!) but can't make the time to do it, or struggle with quieting your mind, join me in this brand new painting for meditation series. We will gather every Wednesday evening for a time of silent painting together. You will be lead on a guided meditation and then in the powerful gift of silence and paint we will allow ourselves to get into the state of flow and let go of thought while we use our painting as a form of meditation. This is a technique I have been working on and it works!!
