EFT for an Heart-ful Business: An introduction to Emotional Freedom Techniques
This fun and dynamic short workshop will focus on your dreams for your business, whether you have started it or not. You will learn how to address the fears and hesitations that stand in your way so that you are able to create the business you want, a business that comes from the heart and provides for you as well. During this workshop you will . . . . . · Create a vision for your business that really motivates you to become all that you wish. · Learn how to use Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), a technique shown to be effective by numerous research trials, to release stress and fear (esp effective with PTSD). · Use EFT and mindfulness to become really clear about what you want, releasing some of the fear and anxiety that may sabotage your success. When we come to centre and balance, the power we have in our lives is amazing! The visions you have for where you would like your business to be are often held back by your own fears and beliefs. Come and release some of these and learn a new skill! This workshop is for anyone who would like to learn how to use Meridian Balancing and EFT in relation to their business vision. This work will be accompanied by mindfulness and energy practices to develop a sense of ease in the body and relaxation in the mind. The beauty of this workshop is that you not only learn powerful techniques but you also have some time to get a real sense in your body of how these techniques work, so that you can use it in future whenever you feel unable to go beyond your fears. Meridian therapies/Energy Psychology is based on ancient principles of acupuncture. They are procedures that gently re-align the body’s energy system without the discomfort of needles. Energy balancing accesses the body’s energy system, addresses unresolved emotional issues as a likely cause of physical disease, psychological dysfunction and personal performance limits. Research has shown that Energy Psychology practices, of which EFT is one, are very effective at reducing the physiology of fear (Journal of Clinical Psychology, (2003), 59(9), 943-966). It is also a technique, amongst others, that can be learned for self-care. You are sure to leave this workshop inspired and feeling renewed about your business. I hope you will join me!

With over a decade of experience in the field of holistics, today, more than ever, I know how important it is that we are true to ourselves. *New to NLP? Once you know what NLP is it becomes obvious how it can help your life because we all have things that are working well for us and others that could be better-true? NLP is an expansive field that will continue to grow as long as we keep thinking and behaving, we’re all always learning.

NLP is the study of subjective experience. It seeks to answer questions that have a mostly unconscious structure, those often regarding our beliefs, our knowing and what we do. So, as most of our processing is done unconsciously, our beliefs and values can be quite hidden and sometimes need up-dating (according to who you are becoming). It is from here that we make our decisions and when we investigate how we are prioritizing we can easily choose to make the necessary changes in order to achieve our goals, big or small.
