Tapping for Freedom and Choice Playshop - Identifying and Playing with Beliefs

What would you like to have, do or be in life? Are you ready to create new opportunities and experiences but aren't quite sure how to make that happen? Or maybe you are feeling stuck and don't know why?

This is the second EFT playshop and there will be a focus on limiting beliefs.  It is suitable for anyone, ranging from complete newcomers, through to seasoned tappers.

EFT, or tapping is an easy to learn process which can enable you to step beyond limiting beliefs and emotional issues that are standing in the way of living your life of choice. It can empower you to overcome problems ranging from stress, through illness and even blocks to success and prosperity.

During this evening playshop you will be able to learn how to use tapping/EFT at any time to reduce or even clear unhelpful emotional states such as stress, anger or overwhelm as and when required.

In addition, we will be learning how to identify specific beliefs that may be holding you back and how EFT can be used to change your relationship with those beliefs.  Materials will be provided to enable participants to continue this process on an ongoing basis.

This is a group session and all participants will be able to benefit, even if they do not want to share their specific issues with the group. This will happen due to a process called 'borrowing benefits' where your subconscious mind will pick up on emotional similarities between your feelings and those of someone else, even if the issue they are working on appears completely different. This is because EFT is all about changing how you feel about an issue, which can then lead to powerful cognitive shifts. Here is EFT creator, Gary Craig, briefly explaining the concept of 'borrowing benefits':

There was so much to take in yesterday that I don't think I really realised how different I felt about certain things until today. a real eye opener and potential game changer. would definitely recommend the playshop and Sam himself. thank you.

Yes I agree, the only downside is the parking. But fabulous otherwise.

Whether you're introvert or extrovert and wanting to make positive changes to your life then come along to one of these sessions. It's powerful and quick and very easy to do if yoy're guided

Oops hadn't quite finished that, I was trying to correct my spelling mistake. Anyway as I was saying if you're guided by the right person and that person is Sam Neffendorf, fabulous evening, friendly, fun and incredibly life changing. Thanks for the 2nd time time Sam

Do ghosts exist? Absolutely. My dad has recently been admitted to a dementia resident nursing home, and one of the other residents spends all her time with her husband making him cups of tea, having conversations with him, shouting at him and then making up. This goes on for many hours. He is sitting next to her and she looks at him intensely, especially when she is telling him off.

Of course, no one else can see him, but for her, he is there and he is as real as you and me.
