Energize Your Life!!! There are ways to put energy and vitality into your life. One way is to stay in a place of ease, balance and equilibrium. This staying in a place of ease is so important! We are such sensitive beings, so easily put out of balance, whether it’s in relation to our closest family, a work colleague, or just having an off day ourselves without any help from others. Come and find out about how to stay in balance, regardless of what is going on around you. Come and discover how to have some control over your own state, so that you can keep yourself happy and your energies humming, whether for physical health or for your emotional wellbeing. We will practice some energy practices that will enable you to feel more at ease, more energetic, and be able to get on with the things that are important to you. Come and play! What is Energy Psychology? There are many energy psychology practices that can be used to address imbalances in the physical and emotional system. For me, a very emotional person, they are essential. They have helped me to become much more calm and centred, able to manage my own emotional system and assist others with theirs. For me, it is like the heavy and difficult feelings have a way to come to to a place of ease. I liken it to emotional and physical tensions evaporating. Within energy psychology, there is the idea that if I can be upset in a moment, I can also balance that in a moment. It is a wonderful and very real set of methods. However, there is also a lot of evidence for energy psychology methods ( They are incredibly effective at affecting your state. Who is LouAnne Lachman? CreateState EFT Bristol is a growing community of dreamers and do-ers that unite EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioners, including new ones, with all things creative and holistic.

Are you ready to live with less stress, limitation and fear? Energy psychology methods, of which EFT is one, gently and swiftly release traumatic events that are frozen in time in the body-mind system.

We host serious and playful workshops where you will explore and anchor the states (mood/physiologies, communications) that YOU want by combining EFT with other energy practices that provide a very gentle way to reclaim your own sense of balance and peace. Take part.

With 2 decades of experience in the field of energy therapy, today, more than ever, I know how important it is that we are both true to ourselves and learn the tools necessary to allow for the release of the difficult. To me, that means being open and allowing what is present to be here and heard, so that it can change. Energy therapy practices are so effective at releasing things that we just suddenly feel different. It can take courage to be with the difficult stuff and even more to act on addressing it. We may need reminding that there's always a choice. We can change, when we decide to.

*New to EFT? Once you experience how EFT works you know how it can help your life because we all have things that are working well for us and others that could be better-true? EFT and energy therapy is an expansive field that will continue to grow as long as we keep thinking and behaving, we’re all always learning.

EFT is a relatively new therapeutic practice that is based on natural healing principles from acupuncture (5000 years old), yogic practice (7000 years old) and psychology. It also owes a debt to George Goodhart who began applied Kinesiology and to Roger Callahan who began Thought Field Therapy (TFT). In the early 90's Gary Craig simplified the more specific TFT protocols to create EFT, a simple protocol that covers all of your 14 meridians in a short practice that enables your energy system to balance and relax, no matter what the issue is. There have been many studies with energy psychology practices, showing it to reduce the symptoms of PTSD to negligible within 6 sessions (Church D, Geronilla L, Dinter I, 2009, January, International Journal of Healing and Caring).

While often overlooked, emotional health is essential to your wellbeing. No matter how devoted you are to lifestyle changes, emotions can dictate your life and determine whether you are able to do what you wish. EFT can support you in achieving emotional health. For me, this health, or "emotional freedom", means freedom in everything. It gives me the sense of optimism that allows me to do what I wish, whether that is leading a group of 200, working deeply with one person's trauma or surfing the waves. I get to create the state in need to do the things I want to do. Come and join us, it will be life-changing!
