Sahaja yoga or "spontaneous union with one's self," is a unique meditation method that can transform human awareness through techniques that promote a more moral, united, integrated, and balanced self which taps into your own subtle energy system. In time you can gain peace and calming to maintain your own health and wellness.
Everyone is welcome - including kids. Learn how to awaken your own Kundalini energy to align your Chakras, and help you cope with stress, anxiety, depression and fatigue.
DATE/TIME: All are invited to attend any Tuesday evening from 7:00-8:30 pm. Doors open at 6:45.
LOCATION: 12 Chase McEachern at the bottom of Bayfield St., off the parking lot across from the Salvation Army. Go up the ramp to the main entrance (near the back door of the British Arms).
Coffee/Tea and other snacks and beverages will be available for purchase (at a nominal price) from the Spirit Cafe inside the location.
