As part of creative network Behance's global Portolio Reviews week we are hosting a special event at the Yager bar near St Pauls. Join us for the usual mix of project talks from industry pros, helpful software tutorials and networking chat.

The event opens with a talk from Academy Class (http://www.academyclass.com/) expert Martin Perhiniak presenting some excellent tips and effects in Photoshop and Illustrator.

Then, fitting this year's theme #daretoshare we are looking for people to share independent and client projects. Show us how you created a piece of work and help others gain new skills for a chance to win some great prizes!

We will have a Mac setup with the latest Adobe software, bring files on USB stick or mail them beforehand. Demos can be presented on our projection screen in our reserved section at the trendy Yager bar.

Join Martin on this session and learn his best practices he perfected throughout the years working as a designers for companies like Disney, Pixar, Cartoon Network, Mattel, Warner Brothers and DC Comics. You can learn dozens of ways of creating amazing artwork in a matter of minutes using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop CC to their full potential. You can get to grips with new ways of drawing, using tools like the Shape Builer or the Width Tool but you can also learn a lot about traditional techniques like drawing with the Pen Tool or the Brushes panel. This session is not only for illustrators and artists, it is recommended for anyone interested to create vector artwork, digital paintings, illustrations or design logos.
