I began real estate investing in 2000 and purchased 7 properties in my first 6 months. If I can do it, anyone can! My most successful student is in her early 70's. After learning creative techniques, she managed to acquire 10 properties and made over $150K in profits and equity in her first year. There is no guarantee that you will have the same success unless you take massive action. But honestly, anyone can do anything they put their mind to. I started teaching, classroom style 4 years ago and I love what I do. I've been known to be very straight forward and give my knowledge away for FREE because I have been truly blessed. I'm only going to do this for the next 6 months, only a fortunate few will receive knowledge that they would otherwise have to pay for. How I make money is when we split deals. So, if you don't make money, I don't make money. Please expect 3 to 5 people at our first few meetings. We'll eventually build up to have a dozen people. I could be wrong, because when I did this 4 years ago, I had 20 people at the first meeting. Lol I like to keep the meetings small so there is more interaction. By the end of the meeting, you will know if real estate investing is right for you or not. You can tell, I don't want to waste anyone's time, not yours or mine.
