Card Games PDX

This is an ACC "grass roots" club.

The American Cribbage Congress (ACC) is a national organization that sponsors tournaments and grass roots clubs, and standardizes rules.

You will play 6 games against 6 different opponents.

The money collected from entry fees is paid out to the top finishers.

Recommended for experienced intermediate/advanced players.

You should be able to finish a game in less than 20 minutes.

There will be players there who are not from Meetup, so even when there are few RSVP's, you can be sure we will play.

Play begins at 6:30 sharp! Try to be there by 6:20.

If you are late, you probably won't get to play.

Relaxed games of euchre.

Meet new people and improve your skill. Open to all players. No need to bring a partner - we will match you up. If you haven’t played before, we'll teach you, and you'll be hooked!
If I am not needed as a 4th for euchre, I will be there playing cribbage.

Bring cards and boards if you want. If not, we'll have plenty.
All levels welcome.

I have scheduled a pinochle group for the same time and place.
That way, if I am needed as a 4th for pinochle, I'll play pinochle; otherwise I'll play cribbage.

For any who play, or would like to learn to play double-deck pinochle.

Each group of 4 players can play by whatever rules they agree to.
For those familiar with the game, I formed the group hoping to play the no-pass version, with the rule that a team must take at least 20 points in tricks to save their meld.

We generally alternate weeks between pass and no pass to accommodate players who prefer to pass.
