This is a special mid-war event, unlike anything you've seen!
Entry Fee: $10
Format:
2 Rounds, 150 Point Mid War List
Minimum one armored formation, maximum one armored formation! So just one formation folks! 150 points.
The theme is the battle of Kursk, but any faction is allowed to play this tournament.
Doors open at 12.

Round 1: 1230-- 3pm
Mission: Free for All--- let's see all the tanks!
Round 2: 315pm to 615pm
Mission: Dust-up.
630pm--- Prizes
Prizes will be awarded for:
Best overall
Best Axis
Best Allied
Best Sport
Side note--- most tank kills.
(If you cannot stay the whole tournament, you must forego prizes. Apologies.)
Kursk Special Rules--
Every game will play as if both players have the "Old Minefields" command card. That means there will be 10 minefield markers per game-- on a 4+ it's a real minefield.
The CenterPoint of every will be worth 1 additional victory point (win or lose.) Controlling the center is being within 4 inches of the center. These will be marked with flags.
Fully painted armies will receive 1 additional point on Tournament day.
Army lists submitted to rvslaughter@gmail.com or Boris on facebook before February 4th will receive 1 additional point on tournament day.
Some strategic considerations:
Neither mission has a turn limit. An army with a short computation time will get more turns.
Light tank hoard will be crushed by medium tanks, which this point level allows.
Tigers are not invincible. If you bail a tiger and then assault it with infantry, it's dead.
