Calling all crocheters and want-to-be crocheters in Fort Collins and surrounding areas! We are a group of crocheters who meet to socialize, learn from each other, and make items to donate to charities. Anyone who crochets or is interested in learning to crochet is welcome.
Join us in celebrating World Wide Knit (and Crochet!) In Public Day at the Drake Road Farmers' Market. http://www.drakeroadfarmersmarket.com/
Bring your crocheting, knitting, or any type of craft project, a chair, plenty of water, and some sunscreen. Don't forget a bit of money in case you find something you'd like at one of the fabulous local vendors who'll be selling their goodies at the market.
Our June meeting will be different than our usual monthly meetings. We'll get together on the last Saturday of the month so that we can do a group photo with all of our preemie blankets for the CGOA chapter challenge.
We'll also have a brief business meeting and show-and-tell (bring a completed project to show off!). And there will be lots of time for crocheting, chatting, asking questions, and sharing ideas.
You do not need to be a member to attend. Guests are always welcome! And crocheting during the meeting is highly encouraged!
Bring your current project. If you're new to crocheting just bring some basic acrylic yarn and a crochet hook - we'll get you started.
