CrossFit Bootcamp LA is an outdoor program designed to build strength, speed, and overall endurance by using just bodyweight exercises. Based around the HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) method. Some of the exercises utilized are pushups, sit ups, crunches, burpees, jumping squats, bear crawls, and many more. The program is incorporated with these exercises and running utilizing circuit sets and continuous movement. Designed to get you in the best shape of your life and cut unwanted fat. These programs have been used throughout the United States in certain training academies such as law enforcement personnel and other professions. Proven to give results, this program has helped people cut over 50 pounds and stay down in weight while building strength.
Free nutrition programs are given for each person individually with this program for either cutting weight, building strength/muscle, or just staying in shape. Each class is $20 dollars per person and performs once a week from 6:15 PM to 7:15 PM. Each person can sign up for 4 weeks for $65 dollars. The classes are also ongoing from week to week. Some days will have a trail run up the Griffith Park Hills combined with calisthenics. There is one on one training offered as well along with customized nutrition programs. The program is outdoor based similar to the boot camps in indoor at a private gym with weights. I look forward to seeing you at the next event!
