What’s going on in the world of politics? Why does talking politics so often feel off limits or fraught with danger? How can we get back to the good old days when it was OK to disagree and we could still be friends despite different views?

At this meetup we'll explore some of the causes of the political divide. We'll start the meeting with Lisa's presentation "Your Brain on Politics" then give members a chance to share their thoughts and perspectives about the current political divide.

We'll conclude the meeting with some tips for using your brain's amazing powers to make talking across differences easier.
