First Tuesday in February.

This time we had a cancellation and had to find another speaker last minute, and lo and behold, this will be interesting and not the usual ICO pitching or talk about money. Instead it is about how to improve life for people on the planet using technology, which aligns fully with my own core vision and my work, and is also why I started CVA.

Theo Cosmora, a good friend of mine was sitting next to me when I received the cancellation, and there was no easier thing to do than simply ask him right there. He agreed to speak for us about his vision and projects. Here is his own introduction:

My name is Theo Cosmora and I'm the founder & CEO of the SDG Foundation.
SDG stands for Sustainable Development Goals and they are a set of social-business-environmental objectives set in 2015 by the UN, Academia, NGOs and Business to improve Humanity's quality of life and upgrade our world, and to be achieved by 2030.
Coincidentally, these times have seen the emergence of digital ledger technology and cryptocurrencies which if implemented in the right way together, have the potential to help us achieve these goals.
Hegel, the German philosopher, once said: "The history of the world is none other than the progress of the consciousness of freedom".
The significance and importance in the timing and opportunity incorporated within the convergence of the SDGs, DLT and cryptocurrencies should not be underestimated.

Please sign up if you intend to come, but also not if you are not sure. As usual we expect to fill up to the limit (max. this time is 80 heads) quite fast, and would appreciate to see people who sign up also present at the event. Thanks.

Looking forward to see you Tuesday in Zug
Søren
