Monthly Networking & Drinks | meet LoyaltyCoin & Alpine Mining

This monthly meetup will take place at Hotel n’vy, room "Sausolito" on the first floor. The hotel is in walking distance from Cornavin station (10 minutes).

/ The first presentation is about LoyaltyCoin, finalist of December's Blockchain Summit in Zug. The LoyaltyCoin blockchain is the first enterprise-grade blockchain being used by end customers and merchants in Switzerland. The team will demonstrate the live ecosystem where you can collect everywhere your rewards and redeem them whenever and where ever you want. Customer can benefit from choice and simplicity while merchants become part of an ecosystem without any need for contracts nor financial liabilities with other programs (own branding and fixed liabilities). Further they will present the innovative technology used to build the future platform for loyalty programs worldwide (running blockchain, core IT architecture, digitization benefits, etc.).

/ Second presentation is about Alpine Mining, the first to provide mining facilities based on renewable energy in Switzerland. AlpineMining benefits from agreements that give favorable price for electricity from local energy suppliers. The rivers in the Alpine territory that supply hydroelectric power plants provide a source of renewable energy. Currently AlpineMining is capable of 10 GH/s (soon 34 GH/s) on Ethereum and 265000 H/s on Monero. AlpineMining markets two service lines, Cloud-Mining and Antminer Hosting. The team will lead us through the project's lifecycle and the current challenges on the mining side of blockchains.
