Crystal Chakra Healing is a modality using an array of specially cut and lighted Quartz Crystals focusing on the seven energy centers of the body (Chakras). Crystal Chakra Healing can occur on many different levels: spiritual, mental, emotional and/or physical. Many who have had Crystal Chakra Healing sessions have reported the following: feeling more energized, deeply relaxed, more at peace, less stressed, an overall sense of well-being, and heightened spiritual understanding.
