Off the recent passing of Andrew Bellucci, Restaurateur Matthew Katakis invites you for an afternoon of recreating never-before seen pizza styles as perfected by the Don of Dough himself, Andrew Bellucci.
As his namesake restaurant lives on, this experience will ensure that his legacy does too.
Throughout the class, you’ll hear Chef Bellucci’s story and extensive pizza background as you learn to hand-stretch a 12” pizza.
Guests will also enjoy some wine, soft drinks, pasta and two styles of pizza.
Starting off with a demo on how the “Don of Dough” himself would make his top-rated pizza, guests will then get hands-on as they learn to open up a pie, toss it and design their own pizza using ingredients that never made it to the menu.
Afterwards, it’s time to enjoy the uniquely-designed and piping-hot pizza along with some sweet zeppoles and a take-home pizza dough.

Join Natiya De Leon, Executive Chef at Georgian restaurant, Assaia, as she introduces us to the world of Georgian cooking.
In this hands-on class, guests will learn how to work with two different doughs to create two classic Georgian dishes- Adjaruli Khachapuri and Khinkali.
For the Adjaruli Khachapuri, an amazing boat-shaped cheese bread filled with cheese, butter and egg, you’ll learn how mix the cheese into the dough so that it keeps its shape while baking.
For the Khinkali, a juicy meat-filled dumpling, you’ll learn how to wrap the ground beef into small, flat slices of dough.
After baking and cooking, guests will get to enjoy their creations and try some Georgian wine.

For those unfamiliar, the Uyghur people have faced unspeakable persecution from the Chinese government.
While Chef Abdul plans to speak more on this, he also wants to share the loving and hospitable nature reflective of his people.
In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to make Samsa along with Laghman noodles, a very popular dish utilizing a laborious hand-pulled technique.
Following the class, you’ll sit down to a family style meal that will include more Samsa, Laghman noodles and their must-try traditional Saffron tea.
