What we're about


City life is challenging on so many levels sometimes making it difficult to chill out and just enjoy the moment. Join us in a supportive group to learn about cultivating wellness and letting go of stress. We are exploring a variety of practices that support the body and mind to relax and rejuvenate no matter what turbulent life circumstances are currently occupying our head space. This group has a leader who provides a structured experience each session, whether it be meditation, sound healing, supportive discussion, herbal remedies, movement or restorative yoga. Come and enjoy a bit of respite and leave feeling recharged.
