Most people think Buddhism is doing yoga or meditation. But the goal of Buddhism is to remove suffering and grant joy. To find joyfulness within what is most important is self-introspection and learning to be comfortable in our skin by listening to the Dharma and understanding the nature of human mind.
Buddhism will help you become more aware of your mind and how to overcome our troubling or tormenting worldly passions. Why don’t you give it a try? If you’re interested in learning Buddhism but have a schedule conflict, feel free to text me your availability at (424)[masked]. We also have sessions on Zoom you can join from the comfort of your home. All our activities are donation-based. Donations in Buddhism are not measured by the amount but by your desire to contribute to a cause greater than yourself.
Please buy food or drink from Panera Bread to support their business.
And let me take a moment to thank all of you who have been supporting us in order for us to be able to continue doing these activities. You are contributing to the generous act of Dharma giving as widely as possible so people gain hope that happiness is possible in this life as we are not born to suffer.
