About Cassie and Sailthru:

Cassie is EVP of Customer Success at Sailthru, where she oversees customer strategy and operations globally, a 52-person team spread across four offices worldwide. Their CS team includes implementation, technical support, account management and strategy/analytics.

Cassie graduated from Duke University and holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Her work around marketing analytics has been featured by publications such as NYTimes, Mashable, VentureBeat, Inc. Magazine, Women's Wear Daily and WIRED.

Saithru is a marketing technology company that builds email and personalization software for fast-growing ecommerce companies, including RentTheRunway, Alex and Ani, JustFab and Jet as well as the world's most innovative publishers, including Business Insider, The Economist and Hearst Magazines.
