As more companies move toward SaaS and subscription-based business models, customer success and customer support roles are growing in importance and diversity everyday- at both startups, and larger businesses. This group exists for customer support and customer success professionals to connect and network. It aims to create a place where we can discuss ideas, trends, and tools, as well as share experiences, challenges, and solutions. The group is open to anyone that works in, or would like to learn about customer support and customer success.
At our Discussion Sessions our speakers give short talks on their experience and expertise in Customer Success and Customer Support. In addition to the talks, Discovery Sessions are a great way to get to know your fellow CSxCS community members and companies.
