Welcome to the Customer Experience Critique!
This meetup is for anyone interested in interaction design, usability, visual design and prototyping, and who enjoys providing feedback on products and services in a Design Critique format. At a Customer Experience Critique, an organization presents its product or service for a free Expert Review. The group reviews the customer’s interactions in terms of business goals and target audience profile. The end result is a list of ways to improve the customer experience to meet business goals.
Time: Doors open at 6:00 pm for networking and food. Presentation starts at 6:30 pm.
Date: The fourth Tuesday of each month (except November and December)
