I plan on scheduling 2 or 3 of these each week throughout the winter months. These are designed to be quick aerobic workouts that will include some hills. My goal is to ride out as far as I can to return to my car within 45 minutes to one hour.
The route takes us on the Mine Creek Greenway from Shelly Lake to Bent Creek Dr and Longstreet near Six Forks Rd. The out and back is a total of 5 miles. We can circle the Lake adding 2 miles each time, depending on time.
I will be happy to adjust the distance to accommodate whomever comes on the ride.
This a great way to get the ticker going 1st thing in the morning!
