D3 10 Year Celebration Kick-off

Ten years ago, Mike Bostock released D3 v1 and kicked off a revolution in the world of data visualization. This revolution attracted journalists, students, geographers, cartographers, designers, web developers and software engineers, and empowered us to create stunningly beautiful and interactive ways to view data.

Over the past ten years, the D3 community has grown worldwide; look around the web and you’ll see a proliferation of D3 work: tutorials on YouTube, classes at universities and coding camps, within data-driven journalism and in-house dashboards.

We want to take a moment to celebrate this amazing community and have put together a kick-off event to do just that:
