Study Group: iOS ARKit

This next session will be led by Evans Wang who has recently graduated from Dev Bootcamp. He will be walking us through iOS ARKit.

iOS 11 introduces ARKit, a new framework that allows you to easily create unparalleled augmented reality experiences for iPhone and iPad. By blending digital objects and information with the environment around you, ARKit takes apps beyond the screen, freeing them to interact with the real world in entirely new ways.

Evans will be running a demo in Xcode (the program used to create apps for iOS) to show its capabilities as well as how it works and the requirements, such as iOS 11 Beta and an Apple iOS processor with A9 chip or better.
