Welcome to the DBSA, the Depression Bipolar Support Alliance. Share in discussions and experience support in a safe and non-judgmental setting with others who are dealing with depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. There is much evidence that support groups can be beneficial and therapeutic for those of us with these illnesses. A support group atmosphere can empower us through sharing, listening, and learning about personal experiences and how each one of us strives to manage our illness.
All facilitators of these groups are peers. For more information regarding DBSA Support groups and the DBSA organization, check out: www.dbsalliance.org
