Urbana Restaurant and Wine Bar

I just had dinner at this restaurant last week for restaurant week and it was excellent! They also have a cozy lounge area by the bar where you can sip on great wines by the glass (or beer/cocktails of course). Come for the food or drink, they are both great!

Please note that there is an Aperitif Hour from 4 to 7, but I would not be able to get there until 7, but feel free to get there in time for it anyway! I sure will try.

The Aperitif Hour includes $4 Peroni, $5 glasses of wine, and $8 pizzas.

Urbana's wine bar is not a waiting room for diners, but truly a place to indulge in the celebration of wine. Set off from the dining room by a centralized ebony bar, our destination lounge, with its intimate seating, sleek white marble and dark oak wood floors, dramatic lighting, and a beautiful mirrored European cityscape, showcases a wine display that is very well the best indicator of how we feel about wine at Urbana.

At Urbana, it's about the wine. The comprehensive wine program includes 35 wines by the glass or quartino, featured flights and 100 bottles that change seasonally with the cuisine. Urbana features an extensive list of sustainable, biodynamic and organic wines; sourcing local producers when possible. As a central theme of the restaurant, the wine list complements the western Mediterranean cuisine with carefully selected French, Italian, and Spanish wines and related American varietals.
