Democratic Socialists of America is proud to endorse our own member khalid kamau for the City Council of South Fulton, Georgia. khalid is a dedicated activist and organizer who has been at the forefront of progressive struggles in his community. khalid has worked with Black Lives Matter in Atlanta to counter-protest white supremacists and organized the walkout of Bernie Sanders delegates at the Democratic National Convention. South Fulton is a newly formed city with non-partisan elections and no incumbents. This presents an incredible opportunity for DSA to promote democratic socialism at the ballot box, without having to fight an entrenched establishment. But khalid needs your help!
