Crowdfunding is "open source" financing. Individuals come together to support, via small donations or investments, a person, project or product. This technique is implemented using crowdfunding websites and social media tools.
This is a group for anyone interested in equity or donations-based crowdfunding, startups, startup financing, etc. All interest levels are welcome. We started this group to provide a forum for crowdfunding enthusiasts, mainly in Washington, DC, but open to people globally. Looking forward to exploring crowdfunding with everybody.”
