Improving Content, Operations, and Experience

Details

It's well-known that about 70% of content is never seen, creating tremendous & expensive inefficiencies. In this meetup, we're taking this one on with the help of two rockstar marketing leaders. They’ll share their best practices on improving content & customer experience, reducing waste and yes, even internal content operations.

Agenda:

6:30 pm: Networking

7:00 pm: Kristin Fallon, Marketing Communications Executive at GE Power (www.GE.com)

Content Operations: What It Is & Why It’s the Next “Big Thing” in MarTech

Content is king. Yet many organizations struggle to get complete visibility into an asset’s lifecycle—from planning and creation, to distribution, to impact. Find out how GE is leaning into its tech stack to break down organizational silos and getting the most out of the Kapost platform to increase the efficiency, accountability, and ultimately the ROI, of global content production for both marketers and communicators.

7: 30 pm: Karl Johnson, Managing Director at EXLRT (www.EXLRT.com)

The Future of Content is Real-Time: How, When, & Why to Embrace AI for Content Personalization and Generation

The effective & enjoyable customer experiences of tomorrow are driven by responsive, real-time content that personalizes, improves, and even generates itself automatically, for each individual person each time it is needed. Thanks to AI and machine learning, this concept is quickly becoming a reality. Join us as we discuss the How, When, and Why of embracing AI for real-time content in the enterprise.

8:00 pm: Q&A, Wrap-up, and Networking
