Hello Studio Artists,
Welcome to DC Metro Studio A & N Lighting Photography Group. The A refers to Artificial light, and the N refers to Natural light. This group is about lighting in a studio with artificial and/or natural light. This is group is for all levels. Whether terms like Rembrandt Triangle, butterfly lighting, broad lighting etc are new to you, this group is for you. Various lighting techniques will be discussed. Also, processing images will be discussed. All skill levels of Adobe software are welcome. Any level of portraiture, fashion or still life is welcome to this group. Events will hosted in various locations. I created Facebook for this group, which is below:

Latest with The Black Plexiglass Table
OnlineJoin instructor Michael Pucciarelli on how he uses the black plexiglass table. For this table, the instructor will start with an MS PowerPoint presentation. Different lighting will include flash, continuous, and LED lighting. Props like white/black cards, silver cards, and gels will be used for affecting the light. Camera settings for still life photography will be discussed. There will be a YouTube demo about this table. There will be a separate demo for Adobe Camera Raw and for Photoshop. Action groups for quick photo processing will be used. Differences will be demonstrated with all three tables with Photoshop and Bridge. The students will walk away with valuable knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Camera Raw, and still life photography.
