Tragedy of the PMO

Details
ABSTRACT
There's no clear agreement about what the P in PMO stands for. Some organizations say it's Project. Some say it's Program or Portfolio. Some have all those kinds and more under an EPMO. Join us in this energetic, planning poker style game to explore the reasons why traditional PMO's don't work, and how we can remedy that by altering some fundamental rules to help us make better decisions.
