Election 2016—Hamilton vs. Jefferson: The Great Debate!

During their time as ranking officials in the first federal Administration, under President Washington, Secretary of State Thomas Jefferson and Treasury Secretary Alexander Hamilton laid down the dividing lines on many of the issues we still battle over today. Including taxes, immigration, the size of the military, foreign trade, religion, and much more.

In recognition of the lasting influence of these two Founding Fathers, this unique tour of the White House area will contrast their dramatically different views; take a look at some of the important episodes and locales pertaining to their eventful lives; and examine which sides they might take on the critical issues of Election 2016!

Sunday, October 23, 4:30 pm, MEET outside Willard Hotel, 1401 Penn Ave. N.W., DC.
Price: $15. Tour length--about 2 hours.
