How did you hear about DCLSC?

Google Search

What do you hope to get from -- and/or give to -- DCLSC?

Good conversation. Insight. I hope to meet others that are also just starting their business and trying to find the right business model using lean startup / customer development strategies.

What is your specialty (or specialties) with respect to start-ups?

I'm more of an operations guy while my brother (a physical therapist) is a big-picture and subject matter expert. I suppose like most start-ups, I specialize in a little bit of everything.

Hi, I'm in the process of starting a web-based business with my brother. The last two books I've read are: The Entrepreneur's Guide to Customer Development (actually more of a pamphlet), The Four Steps to the Epiphany.
